12/11/2023 0 Comments Wartales tiltren mapYou will ALWAYS encounter guards at YOUR level (guards scale) to merc parties no matter what style or difficulty you select. ![]() After completing the game twice in RL i'd offer Tiltren is Lv 1-3, Arthes 2-5, Vertruse 4-7, Ludern 6-8?, Gosenburg 8-10? or higher. Best to """"earn as many krowns and gain as much knowledge as possible""" before entering Ludern - many folks struggle with some encounters in Ludern - they go in with higher levels but are unprepared for some rather difficult encounters that include combat maps with poison and other nuances. Tiltren is the easiest county, followed by Arthes, then Vertruse, then Ludern, then Gosenburg. Originally posted by DaLagga:What's the intended progression route if you're playing region locked? Or, in other words, what is the average level of enemies in each region, if anyone knows? I'd rather not leave Tiltren at ~lvl 5 and start encountering lvl 10 enemies if possible. i ever try to have 2 infanterist archers and 2 spearmen, they smooth out the playing field greatly. one of the biggest bumps is normaly when you enter your second region, than one or two quest groups can give you a hard time (as example the mercs that follow you to the trapper camp when you investigate the roots origin there, my group lvl 3-4, enemy lvl 6)īut i guess it partly hangs on your group composition. Lvl wise i seen no need to do extra grindings for level ups to be on par with the next region enemys as long you dont rush a region and have a normal quest/bounty flow. ghost packs, rat nests, and all forms of animal enemys are a different bag of numbers, but still 12-14 fighters in your group shoud be able to deal with anything, without streching your maintaince costs of food and gold. seen max enemy groups of 12 humans till now, exept the guards (scaleing even in region locked) and not pre decimated bandit camps. My experiance so far is that you are golden with around 12-14 fighters. ![]() Never played it to the end (because i mostly start anew after each patch)
